Vladimir Branch of OAO "CenterTelecom"22 February 2007 In response to your request, I hereby inform that in 2002 Inline Technologies have been chosen as a supplier of the billing and customer care system in the Vladimir Branch of OAO "CenterTelecom" for rating and charging Internet access users. Since 2002, the B&CC Bill-Master (developed by Inline Technologies) is being operating successfully in our branch. The number of users processed by the system exceeds more than 60,000. The system functionality provides today fulfillment of all required tasks in full scale. Our branch has employed the B&CC Bill-Master to introduce the card support platform for Internet access and IP telephony. The module of rate plans allowed us to expand opportunities on the market of telecom services in Vladimir city and the region. During the many years of cooperation in development, deployment, upgrade and technical support of the B&CC Bill-Master in the Vladimir Branch of OAO CenterTelecom, Inline Technologies showed the high level of professional expertise, timely approach to task fulfillment, and ability to take into account the customer's requirements. In this collaboration period with the company-developer of Bill-Master to meet specific needs of the Vladimir Branch, Inline Technologies implemented some system developments on timely basis taking into account our specific tasks. The whole system of technical support during warranty operation of the system is organized very effectively. In future, we are planning to use Bill-Master in our branch as a convenient, reliable and scalable billing solution, and to further develop the billing system in close cooperation with the developer company as required by new services and tasks of the Vladimir Branch.
