Automatic request processing module

The ARPS (automatic request processing system) module is designed to process user requests for connection/disconnection of wired Internet access services. All user requests are registered, checked and monitored to control their fulfillment both by the system in automatic mode, and by operators and users - via the web interface.

The module is responsible for information exchange between B&CC Bill-Master and technical services (so-called technical management services - TMS). The information exchange is performed in XML or text format. User requests, as formatted messages, are re-directed to the TMS, where all activities to check technical and physical availability of connection or disconnection of users are performed. In its turn, the TMS returns the messages with results of checking technical availability of connection, intermediate statuses of work, or unavailability of connection.

Based on the messages received from the TMS, the statuses of requests are automatically changed, and operators make decisions on conclusion of user contracts or refusal. The message exchange is performed either via email or shared folders.

Technical management services (TMS) can be distributed geographically (they can even locate in different cities). The module allows identifying the areas by telephone codes of cities and ATX prefixes, which increases the flexibility of provider operations with their users and extends the functionality of Bill-Master.
