Switchover to the system of differential tariffication based on of SLA
The function of switchover to the system of differential tariffication is intended for work of the marketing departments, departments of network planning and development, and is also used by commercial departments.
The function represents a complex of automated means for implementation of SLA policy. Taking into account applied relevance. The function is not universal, but it is adjusted to forms and principles of differential tariff policy, taken by the operator.
Within the function there is formed a set of instruments for realization of the following conditions, which are necessary for SLA:
- creation of a subscribers portal, integrated with customer’s personal profile;
- drawing of SLA reports in accordance with formats, accepted by SLA contracts;
- estimation of the level of punitive measures and their realization in the billing system;
- tariff applicability analysis based on applicability of the tariff plan for a subscribers line.
