Transit IP-telephony module
Transit IP-telephony module is used for accounting of voice traffic and financial liabilities, which arise on its transmission.
Transit voice traffic comes from one VoIP-operators and it transferred to others. The cost of incoming voice traffic reflects partners’ debts and can be used to draw bills, and arrangement of netting. The cost of outgoing voice traffic shows inherent debt of the company.
The information about transit voice traffic comes over the RADIUS protocol and characterizes duration of calls.
The module allows to accumulate statistics about the quality of conversations: percentage ratio of successful and unsuccessful calls (Average Success Rate, ASR), the average duration of one call (Average Call Duration, ACD).
