Billmaster allows to account two variants of charges within partner relations:
Operator’s partners bring new customers and receive remuneration for this. It can be accrued once or periodically, for example, during each charging of subscription fee from customers. Remuneration can also be calculated as percentage from the cost of services, provided to customers.

This type of partner relations can exist if the organizational structure of the operator is presented in Billmaster as a domain hierarchy. Branches and subsidiary companies attract customers, connect them to services, an arrange financial interrelations. For service cost calculation branches use internal tariff plans.
But in fact services are provided to branch customers on the equipment of the head organization. The head organization calculates the cost of services according to its own tariff plans, and then presents this cost for payment to branches. The profit of branches is the difference between the cost of services, accrued for customers according to tariff plans of the branch, and the cost of services, accrued by the hear organization.
