Registration of customers and services
Registration of customers
New customers are registered by operators. During registration customers submit their personal information. Customers have statuses. New customers automatically get the status "connected". Operators can change a status into "disconnected", which leads to block of access to all connected services.
Billmaster has the possibility of self-registration, which allows new customers to independently register in the system and enter personal information.
Self-registration of customers is also possible by joining public offer contracts. In most cases such customers purchase payment cards for short-term services. Registration of such customers is performed automatically during the first access to services, and identification codes of cards are used as names and passwords.
Creation of personal accounts
Customers’ funds are kept on personal accounts. Accounts are created by operators or automatically during self-registration of customers. Customers may have several accounts for one or several currencies.
Initially personal accounts have the status "connected". Operators may change the status into "disconnected", which means that the account is blocked and it is impossible to receive services from it. There can also be set dates for closing of personal accounts, when statuses automatically change into "disconnected".
Service connection
Objects "Service" correspond to telecommunication services connected. These objects are always bound to personal accounts, used for payment for services.
Services are connected by operators. Login an password can be generated automatically or entered manually. Regular customers can also connect to services in the personal profile. When a customer registers with the help of payment cards, services are connected automatically according to card types.
Billmaster automatically controls service statuses depending on the personal account balance and trust threshold. Operators can disable automatic control and set statuses, which unconditionally block service providing or allow to provide services independently of the personal account balance.
Contract accounting
Billmaster allows to account contracts with regular customers and automatically generate contracts and appendixes for printing.
Objects "Contract" determine tax schemes (tax rates), ways of invoice creation, information about counterparties, etc.
