Domains

The organizational structure of a telecoms operator is shown in Billmaster as a hierarchy of domains. Domains correspond to organization departments (branches), which may have network appliances, offer peculiar tariff plans, keep independent customers accounting. Domains are objects, inside of which there are made records about customers, objects "Tariff plan", "Access point" and others. Vertical connections between domains show hierarchy of departments. Domain of the highest level represents the head organization.

In each domain there can be maintained a list of personnel, who are allowed to administer the domain. If there are no such lists, administration is carried out by personnel of higher domains.

Domains can be in partner relations, oriented to accounting of services, which are provided to customers of lower domains on the equipment of higher ones.
