Customers

Customers (subscribers) are any individual persons or legal entities, an operator has financial and legal relations with:

  • regular customers, with who contracts are concluded;
  • one-time customers, who use payment cards for one-time access to services;
  • partners, who attract new customers and receive a remuneration for that;
  • third party operators, with which roaming agreements are concluded;
  • VoIP operators – partners for transfer of vocal traffic;
  • conditional customers, personal accounts of which are used for different supporting objectives.

Customers are represented in Billmaster by objects "Customer". In settings of these objects there is specified personal information of customers: full name, company name, bank details, contact information. Statuses of objects "Customer" show whether customers receive services or are blocked. Statuses are set manually by domain operators.

Customers are joined into groups. Tariff plans, assigned to groups are used by default on connection to services in the personal profile. Billmaster gives the possibility to carry out group operations with customers, such as: change of tariff plans; generation of an invoice for services, provided to all customers of the group; accrual of compensations.
