OJSC "Uralsvyazinform" is the largest telecoms services operator in the Ural region. The open joint-stock company "Central telecommunication company" – is the largest operator of fixed communication in the Russian Federation, which provides a wide range of telecoms services and ensures access of world information resources to private customers, business structures and state organs within the Central federal district. OJSC "CenterTelecom" successfully operates in all segments of the telecommunications market, providing services of local, trunk and long-distance telephone communications, recording communication, data transmission, intelligent services, ISDN, access to the Internet over dial-up and leased channels, and provides cable TV, wire and on-air broadcasting, leases communication channels.

One of the largest regional operators of electric communication in Russia. This is the most important enterprise of the infrastructure for the region, as it provides communication to bodies of power, industrial and agricultural manufacturing, science, culture, medicine, citizens of the Moscow region, carries out broadcasting of programs and cable TV. Through its 13 telecom centers the branch serves almost 1,5 mln. of telecom subscribers, one million of radio sets, has private radio and TV transmitters, cable TV networks, provides Internet access and other modern services.

OJSC "Mobile TeleSystems" (MTS) is the leading telecoms operator in Russia and CIS countries. Together with its subsidiary companies it serves more than 103 million subscribers. The population of 82 regions of Russia, as well as Armenia, Belarus, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, where MTS and its subsidiary companies have licenses for provision of GSM services, is more than 230 million people. The Open Joint-Stock Company "North-West telecom" – is one of the largest telecoms companies in Russia, the largest fixed-line telephony operator in the North-West Federal District. OJSC "NWT" provides a wide range of telecommunication services on the territory of the whole North-West Federal District. Leningrad regional branch of OJSC "North-West telecom" provides the Leningrad region with the full range of telecommunication services from classic telephony to the most innovative services based on modern technologies.

OJSC "Southern Telecommunications Company" (OJSC "STC") – is a multiregional telecoms company,  the largest electric communications operator in the Southern Federal District and one of the largest telecoms companies in Russia, which belongs to the holding company OJSC "Zvyazinvest". The company functions in 10 subjects of the Russian Federation, provides a wide range of telecommunication services: traditional services (local communication), new communication services (Internet-access, ISDN intelligent networks services, VPN construction, cable TV, call-center services) and other services (recording electric communication, wire broadcasting, channel lease, etc.).

"Sakhatelecom" – is the leader of the telecoms sector in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the first operator of digital interactive IP TV. The company provides a wide range of telecommunication services on the whole territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), has representative offices in all 34 districts of this republic. On October 1, 2010 "Sakhatelecom" was affiliated with the largest telecoms operator of the far East – OJSC "Far East telecommunication company" (OJSC "Far East telecom"). "Sakhatelecom" was given the status of the affiliated branch of OJSC "Far East telecom".

The company "Soyuz Telecom" was founded in 2007 as Internet service provider. Its development the company "Soyuz Telecom" presents in the provision of services of broadband Internet access by Mobile WiMAX technologies. "Soyuz Telecom" network works according to the standard IEEE 802.16e-2005 in the frequency range 2.5-2.7 GHz.

OJSC "Bashinformsvyaz" – is one of the largest telecoms operators in the Ural region, which is not included into the "Svyazinvest" holding.

JSC "Moldtelecom" is the national operator of fixed telephony in the Republic of Moldova. The company controls the network of fixed telephony with 895,7 ths. lines by way of 41 branches, located in all administrative centers of the Republic of Moldova. JSC "Moldtelecom" is the operator of fixed telephony, data transmission and Internet-access. It provides Internet access to other ISP. "Kaliningrad TransTeleCom" provides a wide range of telecommunication services: creation of corporate communication networks (VPN); Internet access; provision of trunk and long distance digital communication channels.

СJSC "Southeast TransTeleCom" is a representative of the largest Russian alternative fixed network operator СJSC "TransTeleCom Company" in Central Black Earth region of Russia. The company successfully completed construction of the optical network of TransTeleCom in Voronezh, Lipetsk, Belgorod, Tambov, Kursk, Saratov and Penza regions and at present it is a dynamic and one of the leading participants of the telecommunications market.

The Company M2С is a universal and the largest telecoms operator in the region. The optical network of "M2С" covers more than 2 000 buildings of Murmansk. 120 thousand of subscribers or almost 300 thousand of citizens have the possibility to watch 37 analog TV channels, and 18 TV channels in the digital format. "M2С" is built on the basis of the most advanced technology IP/MPLS. Such network supports all types of modern communication – data transmission, IP-telephony, videoconferencing.

TTI SFU – is one of the leading technical higher education establishments in Russia. The history of this University began in 1952 when there was established the University of Radioengineering (TSURE) in Taganrog – an industrial and seaport city in southern Russia. JSC "Uzbektelecom" – is the largest telecommunications operator, whose network covers the entire territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Using modern telecommunication services, the company offers all kinds of voice communication, data transmission and broadcasting services, Internet access services, etc. The local telecommunication network of the company numbers more than two thousand exchanges with the capacity of 1.9 million numbers, 68 % percent of which are digital. The Company DataLine, which is the part of the ITG holding, was founded in 2007 and is a specialized provider of IT-outsourcing services. DataLine provides a wide range of services based on its own distributed networks of Data Centers in Moscow and the Moscow region, construction of which is being carried out in accordance with requirements of international standards TIA-942 to reliability level and ISO2700 to information security management systems. LLC "Orenburggazprom" – is the largest gas processing complex in Russia. Realization of the billing solution allows to perform accounting of telephony services and carry out correct mutual settlements with partner-telecom operators.

Mega-Line – is a fast growing telecommunications company in Kirgizstan, which provides communication services in Bishkek since 2003. The operator’s network is build taking into account advanced technologies and modern telecommunication equipment. All districts of the city are interconnected by optical lines, which ensure high network capacity and comfortable use of the World Wide Web.
Mega-Line is the largest local network in Bishkek. The total length of Mega-Line optical backbone is more than 50 km.

Domodedovo International Airport is the leader for the air transportation volume on the Russian territory. The total passenger traffic of the airport in 2005 was 13 mln. 960 ths. passengers, which is 15,7% more, than over the same period in 2004. Such significant growth is due to appearance of new air line companies, reconstruction of the airport complex and implementation of new technologies, as well as broadening of the range of services for airline passengers. Today 72 airline companies operate flights in Domodedovo, including 22 foreign companies, 34 Russian companies and 16 air carriers of the CIS. Domodedovo airport flights are operated on 207 internal and foreign directions.

"Yamaltelecom" was founded in the beginning of 2000 by a resolution of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug governor, as a Customer for building of an Integrated telecommunication network and a Network of territorial satellite television and radio broadcasting. The head office of OJSC "Yamaltelecom" is located in the okrug capital – Salekhard city. Four branches – in Moscow, Tyumen, Yekaterinburg and Khanti-Mansiysk – ensure promotion of telecoms services and technical support of the network and company’s customers.
Today the telecommunications network of OJSC "Yamaltelecom",  which uses satellite communication technology, has no analogs on the territory of Russia. 39 satellite stations "Yamal-24" and "Yamal-37" make it possible to provide tele- and radio broadcasting of regional and central channels in the most remote and the most difficult-to-access areas of the district. LLC "Business-Svyaz" was founded on March 7, 2002. The company is registered in the Central area of Sochi. Founders of the company are individuals, citizens of this city. "Business-Svyaz" is a telecoms operator and it provides services, which are demanded in the telecoms market of Sochi. They are: high-speed Internet access, classic telephony, leasing of digital communication channels, building of communication facilities, and other services. At present "Business-Svyaz" is able to provide communications to a small office, as well as to a large enterprise with hundreds of telephone subscribers and computers. Over the past period the company has not changed its name, bank account, or development strategy. The company’s policy – is quiet and steady development. The company has an international status of LIR (local internet registry), it has its own optical network in the center of Sochi with the total length 25km, a radio net pre-WiMAX with good coverage, 8 powerful communication centers in the main traffic exchange points, and its own building.

The company provides satellite communication services on VSAT equipment and technologies. "Global-Teleport" participates in realization of the most important social projects, including the national project "Education", as an operator, who provides satellite communication channels for RTCOMM; in the project of access provision to universal communication services, in projects of telephones installation in distant communities of the Russian Federation, etc.

"Business network" is one of the leading operators on the Belarus IT-market. It is a conjoint Belarus-English company, which operates since 1998. "Business Network" under the brand name "SML" performs connection to the Internet via leased lines, telephone communicators and the xDSL technology on the whole territory of the Republic of Belarus. "Business network" has built 55 telecommunication centers in Minsk and 25 – in regional centers of Belarus: Baranovichi, Bobruisk, Borisov, Brest (5 centers), Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, Zhlobin, Kolodishi, Mogilev, Mozir, Molodechno and Novopolotsk, Pinsk (2 centers).

LLC "TeleMIG" works on the territory of the Municipal formation Noviy Urengoy city, including such townships as Korotchayevo, Limbyayakha, as well as on gas fields territories. The total installed capacity of "Italtel" electronic ATS, used by LLC "Tele MIG", is 19000 numbers. At present there are more than 16000 numbers active. There are constantly being carried out works on increasing of use of the numbering capacity. In the Municipal formation Noviy Urengoy city LLC "Tele MIG" serves 52 public telephones including 20 universal telephones with access to trunk and long distance communication, works are being carried out for increasing of the number of public telephones. In the future LLC "Tele MIG" plans to realize wireless Internet access, extend intelligent communication network.
