B&CC Bill-Master supports full range of telecom services. This significantly facilitates the system deployment, and in most circumstances does not require extra time on the system setup and fine-tuning.

Multi-currency

User accounts and tariffication plans can have a currency assigned. Accounting is performed in the account currency. If a sum is deposited or withdrawn in another currency, the payments are automatically re-calculated based on specified exchange rates.

Branch management

The structure of a telecom service provider with several divisions (or branches) is represented in an hierarchy of domains. Branches can process clients, operate their accounts, generate billing plans, and render other services, acting as independent self-sustained divisions.

Security

B&CC Bill-Master is set up and operated by authorized personnel of telecom providers. The list of system administrators and operators is specified for each domain. Their authorization is performed by login and password.
The logging subsystem allows collecting the information on all events occurred to the system.

Optimal price

The modular approach allows selecting only required functionality with the capability for further upgrade and extension. Separating the functions for the system components makes possible to optimize pricing policies in purchasing the software.
